CONNECT CRE: Granite Offloads Vinings Office Tower

Granite Properties sold 100 City View in Vinings for $50.4 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports OA Development acquired the property after taking out a $32.5 million acquisition loan with Grant Street Funding. 100 City View was built in 2000 and is located less than two miles from The Battery Atlanta.

CoStar: Atlanta office sale shows value of low vacancy rates, desirable market

OA Development is doubling down on the Atlanta office market, acquiring its second building in the past 13 months with an eight-figure price tag. Granite Properties sold 100 City View to OA Development for $50.4 million last month, according to the companies. The 11-story building is 91% leased. Granite completed upgrades to the 249,455-square-foot property during its ownership tenure.
