OA Development paid $42.3 million for 8730, 9020 and 9030 Stony Point Parkway, three mid-rise buildings that together total 357,345 square feet. The deal with the seller, Highwoods Properties, came out to nearly $120 per square foot.
Granite Properties sold 100 City View in Vinings for $50.4 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports OA Development acquired the property after taking out a $32.5 million acquisition loan with Grant Street Funding. 100 City View was built in 2000 and is located less than two miles from The Battery Atlanta.
